We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from Irresistibly Alpaca.

If, however, you wish to exchange or return an item, please:

1. Contact us within 7 working days of receiving your products via email at sales@irresistiblyalpaca.com.au to discuss your options.

 

2. Return the item in unused/as new (original) condition together with copies of your receipts and all original tags/labels. Customers are responsible for safely packaging your returned item to ensure that we receive it in perfect condition.

 

3. Where an exchange is required and available we will place the item on hold for 7 days from the date of contact, awaiting the return of the purchased item.

 

4. Any refunds will be credited using the original payment method (not including the original postage cost unless the item was faulty).

 

5. If the item was faulty or different to that ordered the postage cost for returning the item to us will be refunded. In all other cases the cost of returning an item lies with the customer.
